The European Parliament Office in Ireland does not recruit officials directly. Recruitment to the European Parliament, as with all the EU institutions, is by open competition. Notice of such competitions is published in the Irish national newspapers. Full information on EU recruitment procedures, including a provisional timetable for upcoming competitions, may be found on the EPSO (European Personnel Selection Office) website.

The European Parliament offers traineeships in Brussels, Luxembourg and in its information offices in each Member State. These are usually for five months duration. If you are interested in pursuing a traineeship at the European Parliament Office in Ireland, please note that applications should not be sent directly to us. You must apply through Parliament's traineeship office, specifying on your application form your preference for this office.
