Scoil Mochua - taking part in the quiz
Sixty pupils from 6th class in Scoil Mochua visited the European Parliament on Wednesday, 23rd November. The group had already visited Dáil Eireann earlier that morning. The pupils learned about the important role languages play in an institution like the European Parliament with 23 official working languages. Lots of questions were asked by the enthusiastic pupils. They watched a DVD on the work carried out by Parliament and then took part in a Quiz. The winning team was 'Group One' and well done to all the teams. A busy day was had by all.
